Dwellings provides a simple 5-step process from start to finish. Simply select one of our custom ADU floor plans, then choose your finishes from one of our pre-approved vendors, and we will deliver a move-in ready accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to you in a matter of weeks.

1. Feasibility (1 week)

Determine the best position on your property
Site evaluation for necessary utilities and site preparation

2. Design (1-2 weeks)

Create your own ADU

Choose your floor plan
Select your finishes
See your plan come to life

3. Permitting (4-8 weeks)

Relax while we take care of the paperwork

Surveying and engineering are handled in-house
We obtain all necessary permits

4. Build (12-16 weeks)

Our expert team constructs your ADU

Dedicated project manager oversees the entire process
Our contractors prepare your site and build your ADU
We manage all purchases
Manage invoices & make payments online

5. Delivery

Ready for occupancy

Remove all trash and debris
Thorough interior cleaning
Final inspections preformed
