Terms and conditions:

• The referral reward is $1,000 for each ADU that is purchased.
• The referral must be a new customer who has never purchased an ADU from us before.
• The referral must sign a contract for the ADU within 30 days of being referred.
• The referral reward will be paid out within 30 days of the contract being signed.
• The referral reward is non-transferable.
